The question I'm hearing constantly:  "When should we start buying real estate in this market?"  My answer:  NOW!  Real Estate is offering some of the best opportunities for great purchases.  Whether as an investment, or as a new home there are plenty of "deals" available.  People seem to be bothered that they can not get as much for their property as they may have received a year or two ago.  No big deal, if you buy you will get the same deal on the new purchased property and the loss from a sale will be returned in the savings of the purchase.
